1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Oscar's Engine Cores website (the "Site"), requesting a quote, purchasing products, or otherwise interacting with Oscar's Engine Cores ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Our Services

Oscar's Engine Cores buys, sells, and supplies used engine cores, engine blocks, short blocks, long blocks, oil pans, crankshafts, camshafts, and related used engine parts. Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

3. Quote Requests and Leads

When you submit a quote request, contact form, or otherwise provide your information to us (including but not limited to name, phone number, email address, vehicle or part details, and location), you are authorizing us to:

• Contact you regarding your quote request by phone, email, and/or text message (SMS);
• Follow up regarding order status, part availability, and related services;
• Use the information you provide to prepare accurate quotes and fulfill orders.

You represent that all information you submit is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number and email address provided.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number to us — including through a quote request form, purchase, or verbal consent in-store or over the phone — you consent to receive text messages from Oscar's Engine Cores, including:

• Quote follow-ups and order updates;
• Review requests asking about your experience with us;
• Occasional service-related communications.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• Submit false or misleading information in a quote request;
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site;
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content without permission.

6. Products, Warranties, and Returns

Return and refund terms, if any, will be provided at the time of purchase. Nothing in these Terms overrides any written warranty or return policy provided separately at point of sale.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oscar's Engine Cores shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including but not limited to installation costs, labor, towing, or vehicle downtime, except as expressly provided in a written warranty.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Oscar's Engine Cores or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
